Room Darkening & Blackout Window Treatments
Revel in the rare luxury of sleeping in. Blackout materials or linings are available on our Drapery, Sheer Shadings, Fabric, Natural Woven Shades, Roller Shades & Classic Honeycomb Shades - or choose from Room Darkening Honeycomb Shades available in Luxe Linen and Jumbo Cell styles.
Need a completely darkened interior for watching TV and movies? Blackout drapery panels are the perfect solution for family and media rooms where light control is paramount. Layer with an under-treatment and the finished look will be beautiful and polished, the perfect way to elevate the style of any room in your home.
Room Darkening Sheer Shadings fabrics significantly block light when vanes are fully closed. There will still be some light visible at shade edges and between vanes; outside mount will effectively eliminate light entering around shade edges, but some light leakage is unavoidable between closed vanes. We recommend layering with drapery panels for the maximum amount of light blockage and room darkening.
CLASSIC HONEYCOMB SHADES
Classic Blackout Honeycomb Shades are ideal for nurseries, bedrooms, media rooms, or anywhere light blocking is required. These shades provide privacy and enhanced insulation value.
LUXE LINEN HONEYCOMB SHADES
Sleep late, plus save on energy costs all year round. Our Room Darkening Luxe Linen fabric for Grand Cell Honeycomb Shades is engineered to reduce light coming into your room.
Our Roller Shade Blackout materials are perfect for media rooms, nurseries and bedrooms and feature a white street side (consider reverse roll when ordering). In bedrooms and other spaces that require full darkness, choose an outside mount that completely covers the window or an inside mount layered under panels; inside mounts on their own leave a light gap.
NATURAL WOVEN SHADES
Natural Woven Shades with Blackout Lining are a great choice for any room where full darkness is needed. Blackout Lining also helps to protect and extend the life of your shade. For best results, we recommend mounting the treatment outside your window frame. To ensure complete darkness, we suggest layering with drapery.
