Outside Mountshades are mounted on your wall or molding. Even if windows have enough frame depth for Inside Mount, you may prefer the extra room darkening and privacy Outside Mount provides.
Inside Mount shades are contained within the window frame. Our Honeycomb Shades require at least a 3/4" frame depth for Inside Mount (required depth varies with some upgrades). You may prefer an Inside Mount because it provides a finished look without covering the molding; it also allows more clearance to layer Drapery, a Valance or Cornice over shades. Before choosing Inside Mount, be sure to check windows for "squareness", as Inside Mounted shades will not operate properly or hang attractively if windows are not "square."

Side Mount is useful when shades cannot be mounted to the top of the window frame. Side Mount Brackets for shades up to 60"w x 72"h as a No Charge Option.

Standard Lift: Raise + lower shades with control cord; comes with cord cleat to keep dangling lift cords out of reach of small children or pets.
Cordless Lift: Lightly push handle up or pull down to precisely position shades. System replaces lift cords making shade more convenient and safe. Also available with Top Down/Bottom Up.
Loop Control: Evenly raise, lower shades with a continuous loop secured by cord guide which eliminates dangling cords for added safety. Also available with 2 on 1 Headrail or Top Down/Bottom Up.
Top Down/Bottom Up: Lower shades from top to let in sunlight while preserving privacy, or raise conventionally from bottom with cords on outer sides of shade.
2 on 1 Headrail Operate two independent side-by-side shades under one single headrail for maximum operating flexibility. Each shade will have its own lift cord.
Motorization: Operate one or multiple shades effortlessly by remote control.

Your Luxe Linen Honeycomb Shade comes standard with premium top and bottom rail options. Select from either Fabric Wrapped in your shades material for a consistent look top to bottom, or a metallic finish in either oil-rubbed bronze or brushed aluminum. If you select a shade utilizing Cordless Lift, Loop Control, or Motorized Lift, your top rail will include an insert to complement the fabric.

CORD POSITION

Lift cords raise, lower and position your entire shade. Select either left- or right-side location for your cords, taking into consideration your room configuration, ease of reaching lift cords behind furniture, etc. A cord cleat will also be provided with your shade, which must be installed and used properly to keep dangling lift cords out of the reach of small children and pets.

BRACKETS

Hold Down Clips: No charge option Hold-Down Clips are mounted at the lower corners of your shades to prevent the bottoms from moving; a great choice for shades mounted on doors or in windy locations.
Extension Brackets: Used for outside mount installation requiring additional clearance between the window treatment and the mounting surface. Clear obstructions such as molding, window cranks, door handles, etc.
