If you're not completely satisfied with your window treatment during the first 60 days after you receive your order, we'll make it right. Full details are available at


  • Your treatment must be returned to us.
  • Your treatment must have been measured and installed per our recommended product instructions and specifications.
  • Installation fees for items that are exchanged will be charged at our usual retail price, and are your responsibility.
  • You may exchange your treatment once per each original purchase. Treatments that have been misused, damaged or abused may not be returned.

How to return treatments

You must contact Customer Care for a return authorization number. Items must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging - we strongly recommend that you keep packaging until you are fully satisfied with your treatment. We suggest that you insure your return shipment.

If you used our installation service, takedown of the original treatment, and installation of the replacement treatment, will be at your expense.
