Style Collection

Get the perfect look for your window with our collection of fabric shade styles. Color Block Roman has a similar construction to Flat Roman, but includes a single bottom fold and a 4" skirt in a solid accent. Flat Roman hangs flat when lowered for a clean display that's perfect for patterns. Classic Roman has inverted seams, which create precise folds when raised; it's a great option for solids or vertical stripes. Reverse Classic Roman shows horizontal seams as raised ribbing, giving windows a tailored, textured look. The Relaxed Roman has gentle curves along the bottom hem; the number of curves depends on the width of your shade.

Key Benefits of Fabric Shades

Child-Safe Options

Cordless controls are available on Flat, Classic and Reverse styles. It is the safest option for homes with children or pets, and eliminates dangling cords for a cleaner look. Loop control is another great option for keeping cords organized and away from children.

Shade Linings

All of our shades come standard with privacy lining. If your space requires total darkness, we recommend blackout lining. For additional insulation, choose thermal lining or fusion lining; fusion lining is a combination of a premium privacy and an inner lining, all in 1, which is softer than our standard lining. The lightweight nature of fusion lining makes shades easier to dress. We also have eco-lining, which is woven of sustainable, dye-free cotton.

Banding & Trim

Refine the look of your shade with a few small but impactful details. Consider solid or patterned ribbon banding, as well as decorative trims.

Style Type and Design Options

Fabric Finesse

Consider the size of your window and shade style when deciding on a fabric. Small windows look best with solid colors and small prints. Large scale patterns look best on Flat Fold shades, in larger windows. Striped fabrics are perfect for Classic Roman shades. Reverse Classic Roman shades work well with solids or small scale prints due to the horizontal ribbing. Sheer fabrics are only available in Flat, Casual and Relaxed Roman styles.

Operational Upgrades

Top Down/Bottom Up: Enjoy your view while maintaining privacy with a shade that lowers from the top and raises from the bottom, giving you maximum light and privacy control. Available on Flat, Classic, and Reverse Classic styles.

Slim Headrail: Ideal for French doors or shallow windows, this sleeker headrail makes hanging shades is smaller places easier.

Two-On-One Headrail: Used on larger windows, this design upgrade makes shades easier to operate because they aren't as heavy.

Dress Your Shade

Keep shades looking their best by dressing them after they've been raised or lowered. Pull any crooked folds straight and ensure the shade is not bunching to one side or the other. Over time, the fabric will "learn" to hold the folds properly. The clean lines of our Classic and Reverse styles make dressing easy, as do shades with thicker fabrics.
