We will begin manufacturing products on all orders once the order has been placed. The number of business days it will take to make each of your products is indicated on the product detail page for each product. Once your product is made, with our standard shipping, delivery time is approximately 3-6 additional business days. We ship each item as soon as it is made, so multiple item orders may arrive separately. Most products are shipped via UPS. Oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers.
Next Day and 2nd Day delivery are available for most products.
Please note: On rare occasions, there may be delays due to out-of-stock materials, inventory taking, shipping delays, temporary factory overload or factory closures.
For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please add $39.99 per unit to cover the additional freight costs. Express shipments are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not offer shipping outside the United States, or to APO/FPO addresses, Guam or Puerto Rico.
Colors and textures in this catalog or on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual materials. Please note that window treatment samples are not backlit when photographed, and may appear different in your windows. If an exact color match, privacy level or texture is needed, please order sample materials before placing your order.
Since Smith+Noble products are custom made to your specifications, no refunds or exchanges are possible except for warranty repair. All orders are FOB Shipping Point and are paid in full when the order is placed.
Since Smith+Noble Windoware custom products are made to your specifications, they cannot be changed, cancelled or returned for any reason other than warranty repair once the order has been placed. Non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of their shipping date for exchange or credit toward another Smith+Noble purchase. A 15% restocking fee will apply and return freight charges will be paid by the customer. Products must be returned via a trackable delivery method and must be received in like-new condition. On rare occasions, the price quoted to you on our website may be incomplete or inaccurate. In the case of an overcharge, you will automatically receive a refund of the overpayment or credit to your billing account within 3 business days. If you were undercharged, we will contact you and request the additional amount before completing your order; you will also have the option to cancel the order at this time. Should you choose not to remit the outstanding sum, smith+noble reserves the right to cancel your order.
All Smith+Noble Windoware products are designed for a lifetime of trouble-free use and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Warranty applies to the original customer and installation with proof of purchase and covers any defects in materials or workmanship provided the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions. If warranty service is needed, call Customer Service and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. Smith+Noble reserves the right to determine if your piece warrants a repair or partial replacement of any parts, or in the unlikely event the entire piece is defective, it will be handled accordingly.
