How our guarantee works:

  • Guarantee excludes sale items, Natural Woven Couture Weaves, Eco-Wood Shutters, Teak Wood Shutters, and Specialty Shutters, Specialty Shape Honeycomb Shades, Vertical Sheer Shadings, Crystal Traversing Hardware, Crystal Hardware Batons, Petite Cafe Hardware, Premium Crafted Iron Hardware, Madrid hardware, Sundry Hardware, oversized products, and products upgraded with fire-resistant treatment.
  • Guarantee is not available for shipments to AK and HI, and for associated in-home services fees.
  • Guarantee does not apply to out of stock and backordered items. On very rare occasions, items may be backordered or go out of stock after your order is placed.
  • If a product that originally was eligible for the guarantee has to be remade for any reason, we will make every effort to get it installed before the holiday, but if we cannot, it will not be eligible for refunding.
  • Guarantee does not apply to orders that contain 20 or more units of the same product.

Important things to know about shipping:

  • Second day air delivery is not available for all items. Please call us to be sure it's available for your products.
  • Weather happens! This offer excludes failure to deliver due to weather-related shipping delays or natural disasters.
  • Your shipment will be confirmed by the shipper. Please note that if the shipper confirms delivery attempts by the delivery date, refunds cannot be given.
  • When a product delivery date is confirmed for installation orders, we'll get in touch with you right away to select an available service appointment before the holiday. If you choose an installation date after the holiday, no refunds will be given. If your order meets the requirements and is not received by November 22nd, we will happily refund any items not received or installed, plus your processing charges.

To find available times and book an appointment, visit smithandnoble.com/services at least two weeks before your desired appointment time, to ensure that your in-home design or measuring appointment will be completed within the holiday time window.
