If you’re not satisfied with your window treatment during the first 60 days after you receive your order, we’ll make it right.
We will expertly repair your treatment, or remake it correctly, if you notify Customer Care (800.248.8888) of a problem within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note that our custom window treatments are expressly and uniquely manufactured to your exact specifications and preferences. As such, they have no value to any other customer and refunds cannot be offered. Further, given that Smith & Noble products are custom made to your specifications, after 60 days of receiving your order, no repairs or replacements are possible, except for warranty service. All Smith & Noble products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
